Tariff Rate Elements
In order to calculate a line item on an electric bill several data inputs are required. These inputs may include the rate for a charge in $/kwh or $/kw units, as well as the time period over which that rate is applied to usage as well as any other modifications to that rate which may be required as specified in the later section describing how we define tariff charges as Basis.
